Within the UK:

  • Standard Tracked Delivery – £5.00
    Your order will be delivered within 2–4 working days.
  • Next Day Delivery – £8.00
    Orders must be placed before 1.30pm for guaranteed next-day delivery Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday will be received the following Monday.


Express International Delivery:

  • Europe – £26.00
  • USA & Canada – £30.00
  • Australia & New Zealand – £40.00
  • Asia – £45.00

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures. All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners to ensure a seamless experience.

Duties & Taxes
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping fees.



Returns

Should you require, we are pleased to offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, for a full refund.

1. Request Your Return
Kindly email customerservice@lady-e.com to initiate your return. Our team will provide you with the details required to proceed.

2. Prepare Your Items
Once approved, we invite you to return your item(s) using the courier service of your choice within the 14 day time-frame.
For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked and insured service and retaining proof of postage, as responsibility remains with you until the items reach us.

3. Careful Inspection & Refund
Each return is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. Once approved, we will arrange your refund within 7 working days. Please note, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Information
  • Returns must be in pristine, unworn condition, with all original tags affixed and packaging in-tact.
  • International returns may be subject to customs duties or fees, which are the responsibility of the sender. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns declined due to unpaid duties or taxes.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges. For an alternative size or style, we invite you to place a new order once your return has been processed.
